My Story

I've been with my dad building homes since I could walk.

I love houses and I love Indiana. People from all over the world are willing to trust me (and many many others like me) with their hard earned money so that homes here can get some much needed TLC. Let's face it, if you invest in real estate you should be here. 

Odds are, you've come across some unsavory folk in this industry. I'm sorry. It is tough out there. Don't worry about me though, I don't want your work if it's a bad idea. I strive to enable my investors to be patient.

My ultimate goal is to keep you from making a bad purchase that inhibits your growth and locks up your funds. If you do your due diligence the deals will come.
