Hey there. I'm Jacob and I fix houses. My interests are those of my investors. Over the years I have seen a wide range of flips/remodels. Buy and holds, houses to sell, section 8, duplex, triplex, terrible locations, great locations, etc etc. From $5,000 to $200,000 rehab budgets, I have seen and done it all.

My Story

I'm one of those unfortunate souls who has both sides of the brain fighting one another. You need an artist and a visionary? Great, got it covered. You need an over analytical nerd who has it together where it counts? Awesome, I'm that too.

I've been with my dad building homes since I could walk. In spite of that my later education was in chemistry. While I enjoyed that work, the lack I felt was glaringly obvious. Through persistence and a bit of luck I managed to get away from that and made it full circle. There's just something about building stuff. I was born to be a general contractor.

I love houses and I love Indiana. I love that people from all over the world are willing to trust me (and many many others like me) with their hard earned money so that homes here can get some much needed TLC. Let's face it, Indiana isn't the most exciting location.. But if you invest in real estate you should be here. 

What I always suggest is you form a relationship with a wholesaler and learn the art of the off market deal. There are other strategies but each of them require a bit of work up front. Sometimes you'll find the diamond in the rough on the marketplace, but I suggest you hone your deal finding skills via other methodologies. In doing so you will stumble across deals here that will allow you to start or add on to your real estate investment portfolio.


Odds are, you've come across some unsavory folk in this industry. I'm sorry. It is tough out there. Don't worry about me though, I don't want your work if it's a bad idea. I strive to enable my investors to be patient.


My ultimate goal is to keep you from making a bad purchase that inhibits your growth and locks up your funds. If you do your due diligence the deals will come.
